Data Integrations

Velstrad supports rich integrations with your enterprise data and external sources. Our agents can draw information in real-time from:

  • Blockchain Data (Delius): Connect to blockchain networks or ledgers (via the Delius API) so agents can verify transactions, track supply chains, or fetch decentralized data as needed.

  • Social Feeds (X/Twitter): Pull in live social media content to let agents monitor brand sentiment, track trends, or respond to queries using the latest public posts.

  • CRM Systems: Link popular CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) so agents have up-to-date customer profiles and interaction history. Agents can create, update, or read CRM records as part of their tasks.

  • E-commerce (Shopify): For retail or e-commerce use-cases, integrate with Shopify APIs. Agents can manage orders, inventory checks, and customer queries directly in the shopping context.

  • Support Ticketing (Zendesk): Connect to Zendesk or similar systems so agents can read and respond to support tickets, create tickets from conversations, or update ticket statuses automatically.

Beyond APIs, Velstrad allows you to enrich agents with dedicated knowledge bases. This is achieved through:

  • File Uploads & Web Links: You can upload documents (PDFs, spreadsheets, CSVs, etc.) or point to knowledge URLs. Velstrad automatically indexes this content so agents can reference it. For example, feeding a policy handbook or product manual into the agent’s knowledge base means it can answer user questions grounded in that material.

  • Enterprise-Grade Data Feeds: Velstrad supports integrations with specialized knowledge providers. Need current financial market data? We connect to financial APIs and datasets. Require latest medical research? We can integrate databases like PubMed or specialized journals. For legal use-cases, agents can tap into case law databases or regulatory repositories.
